Take three deep, peaceful breaths.
- Pretend you are a just-hatched baby sea turtle still in its shell. Lie on the floor and scrunch up your body as tight as you can. Tuck your head, arms, and legs tightly into a ball. It's uncomfortable in here!
- Now you begin to hatch. Peek your head out, just your head. Wiggle it around and loosen up your neck, stretch your mouth, blink your eyes.
- Now start moving an arm out of your shell, just one, wiggle it around, stretch and loosen it. Now the other arm.
- Now begin to stretch one leg out of your shell, loosen it up, wiggle it around, now the other leg.
- Now your tail, wiggle it around.
- Now wiggle your head and arms and legs and tail all at the same time.

- How does all “wiggled and stretched, and hatched” feel different than crunched up in a shell?

- This week:
- Whenever you feel tense and uncomfortable take a moment to wiggle yourself out of your shell like a baby turtle. Wiggle and stretch yourself into a more peaceful feeling.
