- In the quietness of your mind, think of one person you enjoy being with. It could be a friend, or a member of your family, or maybe a neighbor or teacher.
- What do you like about this person?
- How do you feel when you are with them?
- Picture this person’s face.
- Take a deep peaceful breath and as you breathe out, imagine you are gently breathing peace to them.
- How do they respond? Are they happy, surprised, grateful?
- Take one more peaceful breath and open your eyes.

- Who did you see? What do you like about them?
- What happened when you breathed peace to them?

- Take a minute to think of friends and family and breathe peace to them.
