- In your imagination see everything turn bright yellow. Yellow is a happy color. Notice how you start to feel happy as you look at the yellow sunshine on your window and the yellow flowers.
- Now imagine everything turns green. You might imagine lying on green grass, you can see a green frog sitting in a green tree. Green begins to help you feel restful and refreshed.
- Now imagine everything turns blue. Look up at the blue sky, watch the blue birds fly, listen to the blue waterfall. Blue helps us feel calm and peaceful. Feel yourself become calm. Feel your hands move up and down as you breathe.
- Take one more deep peaceful breath and open your eyes.
