We all have superpowers. I wonder what yours might be?
- Let’s take three, deep, peaceful breaths together.
- Close your eyes and think of something you like to do. Maybe you like to read, or you are good at adding numbers, or you like to sing, or you are good at doing your chores. Do you have the one thing in your mind?
- Now imagine you are a superhero. Picture your superhero outfit. What color is it? Do you have a cape, or fins, or a mask?
- Now picture your superhero self with the thing you like to do as your superpower.
- If you like to read, maybe you can read superfast.
- If you like to swim, maybe your superpower is swimming across the ocean under water.
- If you like to do chores, maybe your superpower is finishing all your chores in one second.
- If you like to sing, maybe your superpower is singing with all the birds. Imagine your very own superpower.
- Now think of how you can use your superpower to share kindness in the world. Maybe you can read to smaller children, or be a lifeguard, or do all your friend’s chores, or sing to babies so they can go to sleep…how will you use your superpower?
- Let’s take one more peaceful breath.
- Sharing:
- What was you superpower?
- How can you use it to share kindness?
- What was you superpower?
- This week:
- Let’s use our everyday superpowers to share kindness in the world.
