- Let’s take three, deep, peaceful breaths together.
- Think about your own story, who you are and how you are wonderfully created.
- Think about an event, a day, or a time that was important or special to you and helped you be who YOU are.
- Draw a picture about that time. Use your colors or markers to write some words about that time in your life. If you need to, ask for some help writing words that describe that time.
